Everything is so apt. All the things ambience, loved the live authentic music with tabla and guitar, The rajasthani thali was the best 10/10 rating from my end. best place in the heart of Jaipur. The hosting guy Anil Saini also caters you very service.🥰 food 10/10 ambience 10/10 catering 10/10

Udal Singh was very courteous and polite and helped with the right selection of order . He was also very helpful with making sure our service was impeccable and the staff itself was extremely polite. Highly recommend

The rating is miss leading. This is a very average restaurant. They still use plastic plates and glasses which was a turn off. Food was very average as well. Hygiene was bad. Not recommended.

We visited Govindam Retreat for the first time after seeing so many good reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The service was poor and inattentive. After placing our order, we waited more than 20 minutes without being served, even though we visited between 4–5 pm when the restaurant was almost empty. The staff’s attitude was dismissive, making us feel as though we were being judged for not “looking cool” or coming from a village area. This was insulting and unprofessional. When the food finally arrived, the main course was average at best. The tandoori roti was served cold, and when we asked for more roti, the staff bluntly told us the “roti counter is closed” and refused to refill, instead giving us rice without asking. Such confusion and lack of care ruined the dining experience. Overall, the service was unacceptable, and the food did not live up to the hype. If you expect respectful treatment and attentive service, this is not the place. I would definitely not return here in the future.

The rating is highly misleading. The place is very bad! Absolutely not recommended. My Delhi folks, beware! Even if you ignore the wait time, the unprofessional waiters, the place is DINGY!! It is extremely unhygienic. It will give you nightmares. You won’t feel like touching their cutlery or crockery. The food is average at best. Why did we still eat there? Because we were extremely tired and we left our brains at home.

We went there on a Friday night with friends and the restaurant said its a 20 minute wait event though several tables were empty. They took 20 minutes to seat us despite this. they are very short staffed. the food was very good and tasty but more than half the menu is not available. hygiene is questionable, tables and chairs are dirty. kitchen looks dirty, general cleanliness is low.

not worth it. highly over hyped place. this place should be known for poor management. waiters doesn't listen. the waiting time for the order also like an hour. I received wrong order though the waiter took it back but it added even more waiting time. they are very slow in serving food. if you are a person with less patience then avoid coming here.

The worst restaurant I have ever seen. zomato team you should really check out how it is highly rated. the waiters and the manager are least bothered to serve the customers. Food was equally disappointing. total waste of money and time.
