I recently visited Gulab Ji , Mansarovar and was disappointed with the level of service. The staff were unresponsive and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Despite several attempts to get their attention, I was left waiting far longer than expected. This lack of attentiveness overshadowed the overall experience. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the customer experience.

My experience at Gulabji tea cafe was extremely disappointing and utterly frustrating. The staff’s behavior is the worst I’ve ever encountered. After sitting down, I waited for a full 15 minutes, and not a single staff member came to clean the dirty table. When someone finally did come to take my order, another 15 minutes had passed. I then had to endure an additional 15-minute wait just to receive my tea. This level of neglect and inefficiency is unacceptable. To make matters worse, if you dare to order anything more complicated than tea, be prepared to wait even longer. It’s clear that the management does not care about providing even a basic level of service to their customers. This pathetic service is a disgrace and should be a source of shame for the owners.

I had a disappointing experience. They made us wait 10 minutes for an extra paper plate and still refused, telling us to “just eat like that,” which was very unprofessional On top of that, the service staff was neither helpful nor polite. Their behavior came across as rude, which made the overall experience even worse.

The worst possible management there could be! The staff too is rude and unattentive, and won’t take care of your preferences. A simple demand of chutney with samosa was denied m, even after being offered extra bucks for the same. Resulted in us leave the place without having the breakfast. Avoid going there

The staff was way too rude. If the customer needs some side sauces with their food they straight forward decline the customers request. The staff was unresponsive and it seems they do not care about their reputation at all.
