Had an amazing experience at Gulel! The food was delicious, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Ajay, who was absolutely superb—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His hospitality truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be visiting again!

**Worst restaurant experience ever! The staff was extremely rude and had no idea how to talk to customers. Their behavior was disrespectful, and the service was absolutely terrible. The biggest issue was that we specifically ordered a vegetarian platter, but they served us a non-vegetarian platter. This is a huge mistake. How can you serve non-vegetarian food to someone who clearly ordered vegetarian food? This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable and can seriously hurt people's beliefs, preferences, or dietary restrictions. Instead of apologizing and handling the situation professionally, the staff behaved carelessly and showed no concern. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would never visit this restaurant again and would not recommend it to anyone.

food was pathetic and service was worst. whatever you ask, they don't have and whatever they have, taste is pathetic.. at last they charged in Brot & Co for takeaway price and bill given for dine-in(bill is attached). staff seems commission agent...

Food is average. Staff is good but i dont think the place can offer a good family time. We ordered 10-12 dishes none of them tasted well. Everything was below average. Spending this bracket of Money-and receiving stale food is not a good deal
