pathetic hospitality not even a single table and they say kids are not allowed is this a club ? or if you have your terms and condition kindly mention on reservation platform ruined my anniversary and even no manager is available in hotel to talk with thankyou for ruining the day 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Hopeless experience…. Inspite of demanding chilled beer & cold mugs got served room temperature beer .. ahead of it after ordering next chilled one .. he again surved same …which we cancelled & spoiled our mood ..

Beer was not chilled as well as menu on zomato doesn’t match with bar menu so i paid extra for liquor very disappointed told that it was old menu
