The ambiance was satisfactory; however, both the quantity and quality of the food were subpar. Furthermore, the order delivery was excessively delayed, and the staff exhibited unhelpful behavior. Overall, it was a disappointing and overpriced experience.

the food was ok, the drinks were ok, not worth the time or the price. MOREOVER THEY FORCED US TO BUY THERE EXPENSIVE WATER BOTTLE WHICH IS GOING AGAINST THE LAW STATING THAT ITS THERE POLICY, SIMPLY PATHETIC!!. the service is pathetic . Only thing which we liked was the view.

Worst ever experience we have had this time. Bad food, bad presentation, chicken out of stock, soya chaap out of stock. nothing went well. infact standard if HOP has continuously deteriorated in the last 1 year. DISTRICT should strictly delist HOP from their list.

It is not the same place anymore! The staff looks forward to people leaving at the earliest. They would turn off the lights even if you’ve not finished eating. The food needs to be sent back to ensure you get exactly what you’ve ordered. Disappointed.

The quality of the food was bad and the service was pathetic. Staff is not responding, only they are treating to the people who are taking their drinks. The worst experience I have had here.
