Vix and Among were wonderful hosts. They were quite welcoming—- helped us with the right food choices, served us well…. Ensured our food came in on time… And food—- the sandwiches, the chilli garlic bread, vada pav, falafel sandwich, home made cold coffee … iced tea, mango cheese cake … everything was fresh and fantastic!!! Out of the world!!! Thanks for a great experience!!! These two servers deserve a pat on their back!

The jaggery wheat cake is really tasty and even the hummus falafel sandwich was good but the price doesn’t justify the quantity served. Anyhow, The service provided by varsha faujdaar was really nice and sweet gesture and really humble.

I went to how sweet first time after renovation and there is nothing sweet about this place anymore I used to love going to this place before but not anymore, anything that has changed about this place is decor and hostility specially from the people of management (service staff is still warm and nice) Firstly we went there to celebrate big promotion of a close friend and we choose this place as we used to go there often before renovation but this time they strictly denied to serve the cake we bought for him from other bakery. I even made them mark that even they sell cakes and what if others make a strict policy for not serving their cakes Secondly there was offer on zomato for discount but they said it is not applicable as we ordered bakery items as well with our food and drinks not that's outrageous as the name itself says artisans bakery then what the hell are we supposed to order not that I am ordering takeaway or something it was a dine in order. This kind of behavior will only break their customers as I have been going to this place for years and now I would also not like to go back again atleast any time soon no matter how good you food is. testimony to that is my page long review of the place, extremely disappointed

Bakery is very nice, I went in there for Cream Rolls, Asked the front desk for Cream Rolls and the guy is so weird that he just denied that we don’t make cream rolls? I have been ordering Cream Rolls from their place and they refused that they never make it. Their staff is ruining the place by this behaviour. At the same time, I searched online on Swiggy and guess what, cream rolls were available. Never buying from this bakery again. Ego and Attitude will ruin your business for sure.

horrible & pathetic service, kept us waiting more than 40 mins for food. Avg food quality, pathetic waiters asking us not to pay from ZOMATO as there bakery and cafe is counted seperate.
