we have visited multiple times to jashn, liked their food, but one issue with district, I paid 75 rs for pre-booking, which was supposed to be deducted from total bill, but it charged 69 rs as convenience fees .

I made a booking through the 'District App' for a slot at 9:45 . I had not processed the payment via the app; however, I had called them in advance to inquire about this. They told me that if I did not pay through the app, I would receive a 15% discount. Yet, they charged me the full bill amount and offered me no concessions whatsoever. Furthermore, they claimed that if one does not use the app, the 15% discount is not applicable—despite the fact that I had spoken with them beforehand and they had explicitly assured me that I would receive the 15% discount.

The food was good but the staff is highly incompetent .. The attitude of the staff was not upto the mark for eg . when we paid the bill and we were sitting there for 5 mins the guy switched off the fans .. another instance was for three people sitting giving us one spoon and then we had to ask for couple more ...

served after 1 hr sitting and my friends to whom I was offering a party were also complaining about this and very disappointed and will make sure to never visit jashn again...and also stopping our other family and friends to not go to jashn

Bad taste, bad presentation, food standards bad. Pungent smell in paneer gravy. Lasagna is like bengan ka bharta and cheese. No pasta layers
