Best Service by Sonika and her supervisor Mohan and their Restaurant manager! Courteous and helpful throughout our meal even when the whole restaurant was jam packed. Really appreciate their efforts! Food was delicious! Made with love by the kitchen team! Best taste and fulfilling! Thank you The Fern Food and Beverage team for such an amazing hospitality

A place with good music, vibe, drinks & food. (I've hardly come across a place which even serves good food when the music & drinks are there ). Highly recommended!!! Specially The rooftop manager mr. akash is very nice and very helpful.thank you for the amazing service

The fern hotel rooftop restrobar is very nice place and. This is open area. Food was very tasty specially lal mass was very excellent and service style is very waaaav. Thenx juaan team. Keep it up.......... 🙏

We went here with my family and we have a toddler. The food is good, and the staff is friendly! I can surely tag this as a kid friendly place! We enjoyed the food and warmth.

👉🏻Location It is on the 6th floor of hotel fern located on tonk road. 👉🏻Seating Juaan is a roof top pool side restaurant. 👉🏻Ambience The ambience is really good , pool side high chairs but no music. 👉🏻Food We had: • veg pizza - 1/5 (it was horrible) • baked nachos - 2.5/5 • Afgani paneer tikka - 4/5 👉🏻Service Very slow service, it took them 35 minutes to bring nachos and pizza. For the second order(paneer tikka) they again took 30 minutes. There were maximum 6-8 guests sitting still they took so much of time. Overall rating: Food - ⭐️⭐️ Ambience - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service - ⭐️

Ambience is good but service is very poor. Service is so poor that an Orange Juice required approx 1hr to serve and that to when crowd is barely 20% of total capacity. Only 10% of the entire menu is available and that too not mentioned properly every time we order something at first the waiter was confused then go inside to confirm and then forgot to mention that it was not available. Very very very confused staff. The Two star is just because of the live music and hygiene with food

Juaan has the most unprofessional and untrained staff I've seen in places like this. You guys should have hired someone capable. There was no glass of water on my table unless I literally shouted on the staff for some water after waiting for 40 minutes. The worst service experience. It took them an hour to prepare the food. And there's one staff Abhishek. I literally had to speak on top of my lungs to get his attention to serve us in a better way. I've never seen such ignorant man in places like this. Then after so long the food finally comes. And taste was not at all good. You guys really need to change your chef as well. Lets talk about something good about the place. Was the ambience.. That's it.

Most of the items from the menu were unavailable. Slow service. Bad main course. Price was not worth the quality and experience. The standard has dropped since my last visit in December.

third class staff at juaan....no manners how to talk with guest...I booked table threw zomato n also confirmed table over the phone at restaurant....bt they denied to serve us...
