As regular customers of Kanha, our recent experience with them truly exemplifies their exceptional service. During our visit to purchase sweets, cookies, and snacks, we came across a new snack called Chilly Lavash that piqued our interest. We added it to our order, but when we checked our purchase a days later, we realized that the Chilly Lavash was missing. We promptly contacted Kanha to inform them about the missing item, thinking it might have been an oversight. They reviewed their security camera footage, which showed that they had indeed included the Chilly Lavash in our bag, but it hadn't made it to our house. We even checked our car in case it had fallen there, but it was not to be found. Kanha's staff went the extra mile to investigate further. They reviewed their camera footage from a different angle and discovered that the Chilly Lavash had fallen to the floor and had been added back to their inventory. They immediately reached out to us, expressing their apologies for the inconvenience, even though it wasn't their fault. What touched us the most was the fact that one of their team members personally came from Kanha to deliver the missing snack, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's not just about the money; it's about the exceptional service and the genuine care they have for their customers. We are truly grateful for their swift resolution and heartfelt response. Kanha has once again proven why we continue to be loyal patrons of their establishment. After finally receiving the Chilly Lavash from Kanha, we eagerly tasted it, and it turned out to be an outstanding snack. Its unique blend of flavors and crispy texture made it an instant favorite. We were not only impressed by Kanha's exceptional service but also by the quality of their products, as the Chilly Lavash turned out to be a delightful surprise.

Just that the portion size would be better than now. Hamesha kam hi padta hai chahe combos me daal +naan ho ya paneer + naan... Once I saw they were given better quantity of paneer to someone and realized that I didn't get that much of quantity earlier day. They should increase the boul size with prices too.. Anyway I love the taste of here. But portion size is a concern.

I have been a regular customer almost since their first outlet in subhashnagr, after that I have been visiting almost there seven outlets al over Jaipur. But over the period food quality as well quantity has been reduced, despite rates increased. For example earlier in thali dal was garnished with cream, now you won't find in actual except in photo displayed. In Raj kachori now you will find curd is short after eating half portion.

Service can truly make or break a meal, and the team here is exceptional—their genuine courtesy immediately elevated the entire vibe. Food-wise, the Pyaaz ki Kachori is a definitive highlight, and the Dal Makhani in the Special Thali is beautifully done. However, the rest of the thali struggled with consistency; while the paneer was decent, the breads were slightly chewy, and the tiny portion of Boondi Raita felt a bit stingy for a premium platter. ​The real missed opportunities were the mix veg and the dessert. A lackluster Ladoo felt out of place in a "Special" thali—a classic Gulab Jamun would have been a much better fit for the price point. Even the Mango Rasmalai Cup landed in the strictly average category. It’s a pleasant spot thanks to the wonderful staff, but the kitchen needs to refine those finer details to truly live up to the "premium" tag.

Bedmi puri ki subji itni bekar raadi aagar aapko sabji banna nhi aati hai tho kisi se resipi puch lo tamatar gravy mai aalu dalne se bedmi puri ki sabji nhi bnti hai bedmi ki sabji mai sabut garam masla adrak hari mirch kutti hui halki si imly ki khatai aalu tamatar kate huee tamatar thoda pisa huwa tamatar halka sa pani hara dhaniya mirchi powder and namak swad anusar or pisa huwa dahan masla dalta hai na ki aloo tamatar dal ke bss crust ka kat do kyu insult kar rhe ho yr kanha ki (raja park )

This person in this Kanha branch is useless he misbehaved with us and other customers. Kanha should tak strict action against him. While i was ordering sweets

I bought a cream roll from kanha and it was empty from inside no use waste of money
