Absolutely disgusted. Got my order and the food was clearly stale, I mean you can literally see what they sent. They have the audacity to send this to their customers. Mailed KFC for resolution and they just refuse to help. This is a food safety issue not just bad service. You're serving people food that shouldn't be eaten and then refusing to take responsibility when called out. Shameful. To anyone ordering from them on Swiggy or Zomato, trust me they will take your money and send you stale, worst quality chicken pieces every time you order from them. I hope you learn what customer service means, otherwise a food safety officer should be visiting your outlet.
