when the time of billing came the didn't added mineral water and after completing the payment from district they said we forgot to add water bottles . and no off was included on those water bottle and charged 200 for 1 water bottle later.

Extremely unprofessional experience at Kingsman. The manager initially told us that we could not pay from the district, apparently just to avoid spending extra money. Later, he tried to cover it up by saying that payment from the district was allowed only for the rooftop area. His tone was quite loud and confrontational, which made the conversation uncomfortable. To make matters worse, he abruptly walked away in the middle of the conversation, saying, “Do whatever you want to do.” The entire interaction was handled very poorly and left us with an extremely unpleasant experience. The way the situation was communicated and handled was highly unprofessional and disappointing.

The place is a sham. Nothing like the one in Bombay. And they don't even serve craft beers plus most of the menu items and drinks are beyond the scope of district offers.

Very bad drinks no taste , food also not up to the mark. Staff was lethargic they were not attending guests each time we had to call the staff for orders or replacement.
