We ordered Hakka Noodles along with other items. It was served cold and tasteless. When I asked the waiter to replace it with fresh one, it was taken back and reserved after heating it that too not properly. This is not acceptable hence I reduced the rating.

My experience at knighthouse in Jaipur was frustrating right from the entrance. I had booked a table online in advance via Zomato, which clearly stated a 35% discount on the total bill. However, upon arriving on a weekday when the place was practically empty, we were ambushed at the ground-floor counter and told we had to pay an extra ₹3,000 in "stag charges" (₹1,500 per person for two people). When we asked to simply look at the rooftop seating area before paying additional fees, the staff flatly refused. Even after escalating the issue to the manager, we were met with rigid and unfair rules: we were forced to pay the ₹3,000 upfront, and were told the Zomato 35% discount would only apply to any spending that exceeded that ₹3,000 cover charge. It felt like a deliberate trap. Horrible and Inattentive Service We decided to stay and pay just to see how the experience would unfold, but the hospitality went from bad to worse. The service on the rooftop was completely non-existent. We sat waiting for a long time before anyone even bothered to come to our table to take our order. When we finally managed to place our order, a long time passed with no food in sight. When we checked in with the server, he casually admitted, "I forgot to give your order because I had too many orders"—despite the rooftop barely having any crowd on a weekday! He took the order again, and it took even more time just to arrive. The rest of the service continued to be painfully slow and completely indifferent. Completely Disappointing
