I visited LMB expecting the quality and hospitality that a restaurant with such a long-standing reputation in Jaipur is known for. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The service was painfully slow from the moment we were seated. We had to ask for drinking water multiple times, and despite reminding the staff around five times, it took nearly 20 minutes for someone to bring it. Throughout our visit, the staff seemed completely inattentive. No one checked on our table, asked if we needed anything, or made any effort to provide even basic customer service. What made the experience even worse was seeing staff members arguing among themselves in front of customers. It created an unprofessional atmosphere and clearly reflected poor management. Surprisingly, there appeared to be plenty of staff on the floor, yet none seemed coordinated or interested in serving guests. Considering the premium prices, I expected service that matched the reputation and cost. Instead, it was one of the poorest dining experiences I've had. A famous name and decades of history cannot compensate for poor hospitality and a lack of basic customer care. I sincerely hope the management focuses on staff training, professionalism, and customer service because, at the moment, the experience simply does not justify the price. I left feeling frustrated and would not recommend this place based on my experience.

We walked into LMB Jaipur excited, but left very disappointed. The samosa and Shahi Samosa served to us were clearly spoiled—you could easily smell that they had gone bad. We informed the staff and even showed them the food, expecting them to at least acknowledge the issue. Instead, their response was simply, "It's okay," with complete indifference. The Mirchi Bada was also extremely undercooked. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff and the owner. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, they spoke to us rudely for raising a genuine concern about the food. We also noticed that other customers were complaining about the quality of their food and were treated in the same dismissive way. Surprisingly, the owner didn't even bother to check the food himself despite multiple complaints. For a place with such a strong reputation, this level of food quality and customer service was shocking. What started as a happy visit ended on a very sour note.

Pathetic Food. We ordered Mughlai Biriyani with Raita, and it was inedible. I can confidently say we get better quality and better tasting food in our hostel mess compared to LMB and for this horrible quality food they are charging so high. The rice was stale, looks like they made a low class biriyani then left it in the fridge for a whole week and then gave us after reheating in a microwave. The “raita” was extremely sour and foul smelling & when we told the waiter and manager about it their response was “It is how it is, we cant do anything about it”. The manager himself doesn’t care about the quality of food they serve. Utterly disappointed. I wish they had a zero star or maybe like a “Hall of Shame” section in zomato… LMB would top that

One of the worst experiences I've had. The service was extremely poor, the washrooms were filthy, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant were deeply concerning. The food quality was equally disappointing. What made it worse was the complete lack of concern from the owner toward either the service or the quality being offered. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I genuinely would. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place

The sweets quality is downgraded to an extreme limit now... This is the second time.. i had bought 1kg Chougani Laddu from the shop and the received product was extremely dry and not at all tasteful... When confronted, the product they changed was also dry and low quality... Other brands are much better... Kindly avoid and save your sweet tooth and mood

I wish minus ka option hota. Worst place to go to in jaipur, did not believe other reviews but you should not repeat this mistake, overpriced for what and how they are serving snd the staff was rude. Specially adding the picture of manager.

Food is below average and pricing is too high for this quality. Either they should increase quality of food 2X or reduce their prices to half of what they are charging now. Not recommended.

Guys save your time and money and dont go here, I mean we ate at so many places and even the roadside thela serves better than then. The worst staff, so rude. PATHETIC

very very bad food, everything was ordinary. We tried their thali, dhokla, dahi bhalla, kachori and everything was really average. not worth going at all

Daal batti portion size not good. Definitely not good place to have complete meal.
