Taj Jai Mahal Palace is one of my favourite hotels to dine at in Jaipur. This restaurant is just awesome. The food is fantastic. Dining indoors or outdoors you feels like royals due to the excellent ambience and surroundings. Buffet has a lot of variety and tastes great. The non alcoholic drinks are superb. The Shekhawati Gatta vegetable is one of my favourites here. Murg Tikka masala is also one dish which is very good you feel the real buttery taste in it. Overall the experience won’t let you down if you visit this or any other Taj property in the world.

What an Ambience. What a service. So many varieties. We had breakfast over there and what not was served. new chef's recipes, badam milk shake. Their outside seating arrangement is what not to be missed. A person playing flute with add feather in a cap.

Had a really good experience at dinner. Our server Mr Gulaab was extremely courteous and warm. Amazing food. 5 star rating.

We ordered Mac n cheese and sandwich veg . We were very impressed by the serving portions and the taste also . Breathtaking ambiance and view . Perfect for dates n dinners

Went here recently on a dinner date. The palace is always so stunning. We were able to enjoy a couple of strolls in the garden before and after our meal. While most of the food was great, the service was fairly slow but definitely courteous. The food also took really long to arrive. Even the candle on our table wasn’t lit. We ordered a bottle of wine but didn’t get any bar nibbles to go with it. There was just a basket of lousy papad and green chutney. You’d expect a place like this to offer something to munch on while drinking. This is what we ordered: 1. Bhatti ka Paneer Tikka (4/5) - soft succulent paneer cubes cooked perfectly, just lacked seasoning. 2. Mathania Gosht Seekh (4/5) - beautiful kebabs and great quantity too! 3. Vegetable Wok Fried Rice (2/5) - really dry and mostly unflavorful. I didn’t enjoy it! 4. Exotic Vegetables tossed in Chilli Bean Sauce (2/5) - let down here too! Didn’t enjoy eating it at all. 5. Palace Chicken Curry (5/5) - just perfect! 6. Garlic Naan (5/5) - perfectly crisp just like we requested. 7. Kesari Rasmalai (5/5) - perfectly balanced sweetness and super spongy. 8. Jeypore Martini (5/5) - loved my cocktail!

As we were staying at the hotel we decided to have lunch at Marble Arch. We were seated outside as we wanted to have a la carte. The ambience was good as it gave a view of the gardens but the tables were very small with no place to keep the ordered items. We ordered Kebab-e-firdaus which were succulent pieces of chicken and were very tasty. We also tried their palace chicken curry with naan although the gravy was good and different the chicken pieces were quite hard. We also had veg Hakka noodles which were good. The service however was very slow.

Does not reflect the quality as hyped. Food quality is average, service is very slow. The staff lacks common sense on how and when to serve dishes that have to be consumed together.

If you are fond of authentic Indian food. This place is a big no for you. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They have too many excuses regarding seating and the quality of the food. We ordered Caprese salad, paneer and lagan ki sabzi and breads. The Caprese salad wasn’t even a Caprese salad and according to the description there was no pesto or dressing or basil in the salad. The Buffalo mozzarella cheese on top wasn’t fresh too and the quantity was equal to a single raw tomato. Lagan ki sabzi didn’t have any exotic veggies just carrot, beans, peas and a single literally single piece of cauliflower without garnishing. Paneer was okay okay but nothing like it’s supposed to be and breads were good. Seats weren’t clean as well and even when there were barely 4-5 tables occupied. They won’t let us sit neither outside nor in Cinnamon so we had to sit inside Marble Arch where it was pretty noisy due to a wedding. The staff was pretty unfriendly like the services weren’t up to the mark for taj hotels or even 5 star hotels.

Being a Taj Property service is expected top notch. Disappointed to the core. We ordered beer of a specific brand after one serving they said it is finished you can order other brand. Soup comes first , bread sticks after finishing soup. For a memorable eve you need tasty food , impeccable service and posh ambience. Marble Arc failed miserably for service.

The food is not at all upto the standards....ordered paneer tikka, kabab, noodles and manchurian.... nothing was good.....n also the staff (Mr. Gulab) was not professional at all....
