Situated at MI road , the heart of Jaipur city where you can find most Shopping branch ,some of best food& Bar outlets, and it's near to Railway station a din bus stand compared to other area of Jaipur. As soon you enter hotel you get welcomed by Guards , with a huge chandelier above your head and a very clean decorative place around you,you see marigold dine place in front of you.The attractive part of the hall is the Umbrella handing upside down from the top that give a Aesthetic kind of touch to the Place. Coming to the Food section, there is Wide variety of starters including the ones I had Pasta, Manchurian, and nice hot and sour soup that you can sip on while your body feel the ambiance of the place. I loved the salads and then Manchurian with noodles. The best part comes when i had mutton curry in my plate which I loved most I think I recovered the money we paid for at marigold restraunt.It was delicious It was nicely cooked and was so tender and aptly warm that each bite with butter naan was joyful. If you are Veg the Gutta curry is what I loved . I would surely lve.to visit this place again for the good quality of Food and the ambiance of the Place that give Royal touch fromnthe outside and Serene and Aesthetic from inside . I would rate overall the place to eat : 4.5 Ambiance:5 Staff:4 Food:5 Value for money:4.5

Mr Muzahid Ali and Bhuvnesh Arya was best person who provided quickest service. Ambience was good and all over was the best

Service is a bit slow..but the food is good and the ambience is nice. Indian, Chinese as well as Italian.. good quality food but could use a few more options.

Everything was perfect except the restaurant manager Mr. Moken who just didn’t denied carnival offer but also was very rude. I was agreeing that if this offer is not valid please show me at the time of billing but he was just calling random people to discuss the offer’s applicability. Really pathetic service by this gentleman. It was really insulting to face all this. Rated 3 stars just for food and the waiters.

It was a really pathetic experience from the service supervisor Mr Chandra . The way he was behaving was really a matter of concern . Infact Mr Ajay Singh ( Svc Associate ) was also so very unprofessional who showed absolutely worst mannerism . They both were quite arrogant and ignorant while dealing with customer grievance . He ( Ajay Singh ) and infact mr Chandra ( Svc supervisor ) informed that there was no manager available for grievance redressal and denied to provide Manager's and ASM's ( Vikram singh Rathore ) contact no. They even said that zomato doesn't accept or gives problem when a customer makes payment after 11 pm ( even though our booking was confirmed ) . Eventually we were able to make payment through zomato only . The absence of mgr and staff's ignorance to provide their mgr's contact no. was really a matter of concern and safety and we had to wait to escalate the issue to the duty mgr who was missing at the time of grievance redressal.Finally he arrived but again cudn't give ASM's contact no. and claimed that he was out of India . It was an unpleasant experience at the hotel . We are very very disappointed with the Svc of the hotel .

I went to the restaurant with my brother. The ambience was great and this was the only positive point I saw. The restaurant was not busy still they took almost half an hour to serve the food and that too was wrong. He didn’t get the starters and directly got main course. Zomato gold was not applicable on starters, don’t know why!!! The food was average and the quantity was very less. I don’t have any reason to visit the restaurant again.

The food is really very bad. It’s quality is utterly disproportionate to it’s price. The ambience is good but food & service sucks. The sausages in buffet breakfast were stinking & most of the food items were tasteless.

we booked carnival offer when we reached over there the manager Hemant had denied the offer and said offer is only on for buffet. please resolve this kind of service because customer will loose their interest.
