We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff is so very courteous and friendly. Especially Mr Gagandeep , Mr Vipin , Ms Gayatri, took very good care of us. The kids were served special meals as per their choice. The buffet served at breakfast and dinner is highly recommend!!

1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience at Radisson Blu Airport Plaza Jaipur** Recently, I visited Radisson Blu Airport Plaza Jaipur with my family (8 members) and booked a regular buffet dinner through the Zomato District app. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations for a 5-star hotel. Before seating, we confirmed everything with the staff—they assured us that starters would be served at the table, and the rest would be self-service. However, after sitting for **30 minutes**, no one even approached to serve starters. We had to remind the manager to send food to our table. There were supposed to be **4 items in the starter**, but they served only **one small plate of chilly potato** for all 8 members, saying the rest was “being prepared fresh.” Shockingly, in **one hour**, we received just **one plate of chilly potato**—and nothing else promptly followed. The same issue continued with the **main course**. Breads (naan/roti) were served only on order, but after placing our order, it took **30 minutes** for them to bring the bread—by then, the rest of the food was already cold. The service was **unbelievably slow and irresponsible**, not what anyone expects from a so-called 5-star hotel. This was my **first and last visit** to Radisson Blu Jaipur, and I would **not recommend** it to anyone looking for good service or a pleasant dining experience.

This is the most disappointing restaurant in my dining history. We ordered crispy vegetables tossed in Sichuan sauce as mentioned in their menu. We were served only crispy vegetables which were not tossed in sichuan sauce. We were served half portion of untossed appetizer in our plates. Later we brought it to their notice that this is not tossed in sichuan sauce. The server took the half unserved portion tossed it and brought it back, while the other half portion lies in our plates, cold, as we were waiting for a full portion replacement of our order. It was an utter dismay and totally unexpected on the part of Raddison hospitality. If the order was punched wrong by the servers they should ideally change the entire portion of the order. We chose to walk out of the restaurant eating half untossed cold appetizer, and half tossed. Refrain yourself from choosing this restaurant.

Pathetic No body attended to us for even 10 minutes we were there. We had to ask for menu also after providing the menu no body came to take the order for extra 5-10 minutes. We had to call them to take the order. The table was unclean and we had to ask someone to clean the table after 15 minutes of sitting there. The table smelled like fish till then. Pathetic state of affairs in the market place kitchen.

The service was poor, and the quality of the food was worse than any highway dhaba. The Indian breads were like rubber, and the gravies were excessively oily and made with low-quality paneer. I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, but the paneer was neither marinated nor tandoori-cooked. I was disappointed with the service as well it took them 20 minutes to serve water. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

There is a big difference in the price mentioned on this platform and available at the hotel.... So be sure before booking...... Food quality is also up to the mark... This is my personal advice to avoid this restaurant to spoil your mood as well as money.. you can choose any road side Dhaba for Lunch/ Dinner. But not this restaurant.

We booked a table for Dinner. The waiter had no knowledge of food and could not provide any guidance. The waiters and managers were not listeneing at all. They took more than an hour to get our soup. The whole staff was very neglegant. It was a horrible experience.

They took booking through zomato and once i reached there they denied to serve and said today we have more in house guests hence we are serving only in house guest and no NR is served and i had to leave

Best place to spoil your day. They spoiled my wife’s birthday beautifully. Worst food and service.
