I had ordered 3 meals from McDonald's in the two of them i converted the coke to cold coffee option and paid the extra amount as well. still the meals were delievered without the cold coffees i received 3 straws and one coke for the order. and now when the zomato people are calling the restaurant to report the same and resolve my issue McDonald's are not responding. the issue needs to be resolved as it is very bad on McDonald's part as it is not at all a good practice serving incomplete or wrong orders .. How should i resolve this issue take out order : 1264 pick up Z0075300 date 13.06.2024 McDonald's administration kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.

We are continuously calling the restaurant, but they are not picking our phone ! Last time also we ordered mc spicy chicken combo , 2 mc puffs were missing ! So this time we are calling them to not miss them ! But they are not answering! Such poor service from a Reputed company like MCD !

Horrible outlet. Litter everywhere, overflowing dustbins, machines that don’t work, rude staff. The standards are anyway pretty low at a McD and this one doesn’t even meet the bare minimum.

bhut bekar behaviour hain. MAINE ek order Kiya but maine within one minutes order cancel Kiya but mera refund nhi kiyaaaaaa...... bilkul bhiii copretive nhi hainnnn..... worst experience....

The worst experience ever. Never had to deal with such staff. Will never ever go to this particular branch ever again. My order is an hour late, the restaurant staff is extremely rude.

I ordered at 12:59 pm and my is delay 1hr and 1:30 hr and this restaurant service is too slow and i am hungry i did orderf about lunch but they spoiled my lunch

I have ordered 2 meal and the potato is uncooked & didnt received the straw & no ketchup & no issues totally disappointed with mcdonald

The restaurant is not at all responsive.They are rude and disappointing. I will never order from such a place whose staff is so rude.
