shakshuka egg- it was tasty and the gravy was delicious but it came with only 2 eggs. The peach ice tea was refreshing and worth it too.

I came here for breakfast with my partner. The food was nice, the coffees were decent too, but the service was exceptionally poor. Extended delay by the barista for a simple Frappe for no reason, in no rush hour. A little too much attitude for someone in the service industry. Won't ever go back.

I recently visited Noir Coffee House, hoping to enjoy a great meal and a pleasant vibe. While the café itself has a nice ambiance and the food was genuinely good, my overall experience was unfortunately affected by the behavior of one staff member. The barista, Dinesh, appeared to be in a consistently bad mood. He was not welcoming, lacked basic courtesy, and did not make any effort to explain the menu or assist with our queries. His tone felt rude and dismissive, which made us quite uncomfortable. When you visit a place like this, you expect not just good food but also a warm and friendly environment—and sadly, that was missing here. What stood out even more was that we weren’t the only ones feeling this way. Other customers also seemed disappointed by the interaction, which made the atmosphere feel off. I’d like to highlight that the rest of the staff were polite and the food quality met expectations. However, a single negative interaction can significantly impact the overall experience, and in this case, it did. I genuinely hope the management takes note of this and works on improving customer interaction, because the place has great potential. With better service consistency, it could truly offer the kind of experience customers look forward to.

They have added service charges and not removed, when I told him to remove they said we don’t
