SO HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE, FIRSTLY I ORDERED FOR DRINKS WHICH CAME AFTER 20 MINS. THEN I ORDERED SPAGHETTI AGLIO OLIO I FOUND A HAIR STRAND, THEN THE STAFF REPLACED MY PASTA THE NEXT TIME I GOT MY PASTA ON MY VERY 3RD OR 4TH BITE I FOUND A PIECE OF PAPER IN IT. THE STAFF'S APOLOGIES SEEMS TO BE LIKE UNPROFESSIONAL. THERE WAS NO RECOVERY DONE. I HAVE BEEN HAVING FOOD AT HILTON QUIET A FREQUENT BUT THIS IS TOTAL UNACCEPTABLE. THE CONCERNED PERSON SHOULD TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS AGAINST THIS. I PAID AROUND 3K BUT ITS NOT ALL WORTH WASTE OF MONEY. STAFF IS NOT AT ALL COURTEOUS.
