Food was good but service was very late. Have gone many times but first time faced such delay in serving. For first 10-15 minutes there was nobody to attend us.

Very Disappointing Experience Before visiting OTB Jaipur, I called and confirmed the buffet prices with their GM: ₹850 (Veg) and ₹950 (Non-Veg). Based on this, four of us (2 Veg + 2 Non-Veg) visited for dinner. The experience was terrible. The water bottle had fungal growth at the bottom, the welcome drink was never served, and many starters like Fish Fingers and Chicken Wings were clearly reheated and dripping with oil. The Chicken Keema Pav was watery and served with cold pav. The taste was disappointing. The only good part was the main course, especially the vegetarian dishes. The biggest issue came during billing. Instead of the expected ₹3,600, they initially generated a bill of ₹4,700. After a long argument with the manager and GM, they reduced it to ₹3,780 (including GST). They also refused payment through Zomato Dining and Dinout and didn't even provide the bill until we asked again. Poor food quality, poor service, misleading

The food was very awful, even the AC wasn't working, serving was unorganised and sad. highly disappointed to see such bad tasting starters that they served, starters were dry, AC wasn't working indoors or outdoors or indoors. very embarrassing to be there for a special event. I won't suggest anyone to go there at all and it's a waste of time and money.

poor service poor food quality no waiters to serve had to ask for each and everything be it water, plates, starters, menu card most of the other guests were complaining and were dissatisfied weekend wasted at OTB
