(1) Pathetic Craft beer - they really don't know what a craft beer is, they would often mix a few flavours here and there. (2) ++ i just needed an extra bread to go with my pasta, they said they don't allow an addition, instead got me a whole plate of Garlic bread and charged me Rs375 for 6 garlic bread slices extra 😂😂😂. I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 4.5 years and have been ignoring /tolerating this sort of nonsense but this time thought of providing this review. This is the last time I am visiting this place.. Would rather go to T@m@$a or other better restaurants in the same lane since Pentagon doesn't understand loyalty.. Nnjoyyy you lost your most loyal customer

The service was not good, yet they added a service charge to the payment. When I told them that I did not want to pay the service charge because the service was not satisfactory, they asked me to contact Zomato and said that they would return your service charge payment. However, I still do not understand who is responsible for the service charge that I have already paid—the zonmato or the restaurant?

There were cockroaches around. The hygiene was very poor and the staff had all the excuses but to take responsibility. The food was ok. This surely was my last visit.
