⭐ 1/5 — Worst Experience at Queen’s Hub (Hidden Charges & Wrong Billing) I had a very disappointing experience at Queen’s Hub. The staff was unprofessional, and the billing system felt completely dishonest. They added hidden charges on beer and even applied wrong taxes, which is illegal in Rajasthan. They charged VAT + Liquor Cess , which should not happen. Alcohol is supposed to be taxed in mrp showing on menu. The final bill was inflated with multiple unnecessary and unclear charges. When asked, the staff had no explanation and showed careless behaviour. With so many better clubs in Jaipur, this kind of overcharging is unacceptable. I would strongly not recommend Queen’s Hub to anyone. Completely unprofessional and misleading place. ⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience I recently visited Queen’s Hub, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The staff was highly unprofessional, and their behaviour throughout the visit was disappointing.

The service was pathetic no one came to the table for the order we have to go to the counter for asking them to take the order The food was also very bad not even a single item tasted good there was no flavour . Staff was ignorant and rude

Very Bad Experience. They said Beer Tower and Bucket not included in Zomato Dining Offer that is 50% off on total bill. Also said some item not available but if i order directly from my room it is available. 😝
