Our office group visited Queens Hub today. Rahul ji handled our service, and I must say, the service was excellent; he took great care of our entire group. The food quality was top-notch as well. We had Tandoori Paneer Tikka and Tandoori Mushroom—they were amazing—followed by sizzlers, which tasted incredible. The Chilli Mushroom was also outstanding. For the main course, we ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, Dal Makhani, Paneer Lababdar, and Rajasthani Laal Maas; the taste of each dish was simply superb. Afterward, we headed to the club. Their DJ, Mr. Rex, is likely one of the best DJs in Jaipur. The club itself was fantastic. Our entire group left Queens Hub very happy, and it will certainly be our first choice for future visits. We are so glad we came to Queens Hub today.

Great Thanks to Mr. rahul ji I recently visited Queens Hub Jaipur on the occasion of my Sister's birthday with my family. It was an amazing experience. Staff were very welcoming. Food taste, quality and ambience were awesome. They know very well how to treat with their guests. I recommend who want to visit a good club and restaurant they can come with their family and friends and they can enjoy the lovely moments.

We all visited Queens Hub today. We felt that Queens Hub is one of the most beautiful clubs in Jaipur. The food is absolutely amazing. The rooftop at Queens Hub is also very beautiful. Their cocktail-making style is unique. The live singers were excellent too. We really enjoyed our visit to Queens Hub. We especially appreciated the service provided by Rahul ji; he took great care of us.

This place is awesome with best night club in Jaipur. A great rooftop experience with good food, music, drink options to enjoy with friends. The staff are very humble and courteous and nice service by rahul ji And akash salimpuriya sir ji

I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding my experience at the restaurant. The restaurant staff behaved in an extremely rude and arrogant manner and pressured us to make an additional payment. We had ordered 2 beer buckets, containing a total of 10 bottles, but at no point before or during consumption were we clearly informed that the beer was excluded from the applicable Zomato offer/payment facility. At the time of payment, the staff suddenly informed us that the beer could not be paid for through Zomato and that the full amount for the liquor had to be paid separately. This restriction was not clearly communicated to us when we placed the order or before consuming the beer. More seriously, when we questioned the additional payment and the manner in which the issue was being handled, the staff threatened us with physical violence, including making threatening remarks in the presence of my wife. This made us feel genuinely unsafe. The situation became even more concerning when the staff altered/reworked the bill after the dispute. Although we had ordered 2 beer buckets (10 bottles in total), the restaurant subsequently converted the bucket order into individual single-bottle charges while preparing the final bill. I showed my official ID card only as a precaution for our security. We were ultimately allowed to leave only after making the demanded payment. I consider this incident extremely serious because it involves: 1. Failure to clearly disclose the applicable Zomato offer/payment terms before consumption 2. Pressure to make an additional payment 3. Changing/reworking the bill after the dispute 4. Converting a beer-bucket order into individual bottle charges 5. Threatening customers with physical violence 6. Creating an unsafe environment, particularly for a female customer 7. Serious concerns regarding consumer rights and customer safety I request Zomato to urgently investigate this restaurant and the incident, including the applicable Zomato offer terms, the original order, the restaurant's billing records, the original and revised bill, and available CCTV footage. I also request appropriate action against the restaurant if these allegations are substantiated and that I be informed about the outcome of the investigation. This was not merely a disagreement regarding the bill. The threatening behaviour and the resulting safety concern are the most serious aspects of this incident. Customers should be able to dine at a Zomato-listed restaurant without being intimidated or threatened with physical violence. I can provide the bill, payment details, screenshots of the Zomato offer, order details, and any other evidence required for investigation .
