As its karwachauth on saturday...we went out for dinner on friday to RANG MAHAL kk royal. The staff was polite and responded well. The place wascnice and clean. But the chairs are in a pretty bad shape. Now lemme comexdown to food. We ordered veg chowmein without garlic and i must say u all must try it was very good and as usual veg biryani that was also good. Over all it was a bice experience.food was tasty. Now here comes the pathetic part when i got my bill there was service charge added when we all know now its only gst. So he realized and yold me to pay the bill deducting service tax. Before u pay here must have a look at the bill

This was the worst experience we as a family ever had in a Hotel.. I'll try to list down my experience as much as I remember now.. 1. Front office, is the face of any organization and Hotels are no exceptions... the front office staff is so rude,, you won't feel welcomed at all !!! No smiles on these so called Front office executives (FOE).. Some of the support staff does better than these FOE eg. the guard at the entrance, swimming pool attendant, and a F&B staff called Hari Kishan are serving better. 2. We asked for the manager 3 times but he didn't had the courtesy to even talk !!! Wonder what was he managing when the Hotel is in such a mess ... 3. You ask them for anything,, it takes minimum 30-40 minutes and a number of reminders for them to appear for service eg. I asked them to cut an apple at 8.45pm however no one turned up for the next 1/2 hour and we all slept. Even a single glass of milk can't be provided by the hotel where family is staying with a kid. 4. Iron & Iron board is on request,, which is ok.. BUT again they'll take their own sweet time and when the iron came it wasn't working,,, I asked the iron 2nd time,, again it wasn't working.. 3rd time I called for the iron and asked them to check before they send it to our room.. and finally it was working. Do have a look at the IRON BOARD picture that is attached and see it for yourself if you'll be able to iron on such board or the service is for the sake of saying only. Hotel property is good but with this kind of a staff around you won't feel like staying a minute over there.. Unfortunately I had got this deal from a touring company and paid advance else I would not even have checked-in !!!
