actually did not ordered much. just a Cesar salad which was not upto mark. less of veggies and much of lettuce. secondly we ordered paneer tikka, which was huge in quantity and was tasty.

Overall the place has a good vibe (they also have an indoor smoking area) and a few options for food but the quality is lacking. I got a 50% discount on the entire bill due to dineout offers but still found it to be expensive considering the taste and overall quality. Ambience 7/10 Food 4/10 Drinks 4/10 Price 2/10 Quality 5/10 Quantity 4/10

I visited this restaurant with high expectations, but I was disappointed by the food. The ambience was good, and the live singing was amazing. The service was also good, and the staff was polite and attentive. However, the food was not up to the mark. The veg farmhouse pizza was not good at all, and the cheese was soggy and bland. The baked nachos were ordinary and lacked flavor. Due to this, we cancelled the order for white sauce pasta, as we did not want to waste our money and appetite. They should really improve their food quality and taste, otherwise they will lose customers.

The manager of the place is very rude. They will refuse to serve items as per menu in carnival offer and will serve only limited items. If you try to talk to manager about it then Mr. Shreeram (Manager) will talk rudely. Never expected this from an IHG property which we visit regularly. For Information: Got served all the items during last visit a week back in the offer.

It was a very bad experience . We ordered drinks and starters and while we were having our meals a cockroach came running on our table . It was all over the table . We left the food and table then and there . We showed to our server and he was just saying sorry and that you can move to another table . That’s like holy shit man . How can a 4 star brand like holiday inn can have these hygiene standards . They completely spoiled our evening . Manager was also not able to attend us properly. Saying that today we have fumigated and all that stuff which is totally not acceptable. They were just interested in billing us for what we did not even consumed . Saying we have given you 20 percent discount . How shameful is this attitude . While they should B on Apologising end . They were just giving explanations . Will never repeat in my life time . Holiday inn does not know what hospitality is .

I thought wow , 50% discount 3000 ka bill 1500 ka aayega , mazaa aagaya , after the food and the drinks came , waah 1500 waste ho Gaye. swaahaaaa.
