I ordered a thin crust pizza with extra toppings but there was nothing added , I paid extra money for mushroom and olives but they just delivered an ordinary pizza without added these. person number which added for call to restuarant is already left the job so no contact to restuarant and Zomato can't do anything they are just earning commission.

They make their own rules of zomato gold and decline offer on basic things like garlic break, parcel etc. Its nowhere mentioned about this but the manager is making his own rules regarding use of zomato gold. they also dont allow gold on less price items. Cheaters 😡😡😡😡

such a pathetic experience. gotta FREE fly inside garlic bread. Restaurant manager or the person whom I tried to connect was utter rude. even Zomato can't help out these things. no dignity towards production of Food items.

bad service I have ever seen no track option in application it is almost one hour ordered pizza i haven't receive my pizza and no call or msg also. plz never order with rominus pizza

Very very very bad service and the kitchen was so unhygienic,also pizza was worst ,, they r trying to copy domino's but they are far from doing so ,, bad very bad

they refused to accept zomato gold and said only accept payment if you order 4 pizzas. and were very rude as well
