Had a wonderful dining experience at Rosado. The ambience is elegant and inviting, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The food quality was excellent, with rich flavours and beautiful presentation. The service was attentive and courteous, making the overall experience even better. A great place to enjoy delicious food with family and friends. Highly recommended!"

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience We went for dinner with our family today and were extremely disappointed to find that regular drinking water was not available. Instead, we were offered premium bottled water at ₹239 per bottle! If regular water is unavailable, charging ₹20–₹50 would still be understandable, but ₹239 for a bottle of drinking water is simply unreasonable and feels like overcharging. Water is a basic necessity, and at a restaurant it should ideally be complimentary. Such excessive pricing for something so basic is really disappointing and leaves a very bad impression. Definitely not expected from a restaurant of this standard. Very disappointed.

Bigggg, BIGGGG worst experience ever!! Unprofessional people with worst service Ambience: 3rd-class, cheap club ambience Food: Tasteless and a complete waste of money Extras: Hookah issue (explained below) Rosado was such a disappointment for us. I visited with my family and friends, and the disappointment started as soon as we arrived to check in for our booking, which we had made through Zomato Dining. The manager refused to accept our Zomato booking and instead forced us to take a ₹6,000 cover charge card. On top of that, the card itself had an additional ₹100 charge, even though we never asked for it. This felt completely unfair. The manager was extremely rude when we asked why our Zomato booking wasn't being accepted, despite us having already paid ₹200 while making the booking. After entering, we couldn't even find a place to sit, and no staff member bothered to help us. After waiting for quite some time, we finally got a table. Then came the food—it was completely tasteless and not worth the money at all. To make things worse, the hookah didn't work for nearly 30 minutes. Even after calling the hookah attendant multiple times, it took a long time to get it checked, by which time our mood was already spoiled. Overall, it was a terrible experience with poor management, rude staff, disappointing food, and terrible service. Visit Rosado at your own risk!

l visited the restaurant on Saturday. On Sunday morning l discoverd my glasses are missing. l tried calling Rosado but nobody responded. On Monday l tried calling again. Finally they called back. When l told them l had left my glasses on Saturday while dining, the staff member Palak told me she will not be able to help me and can only revert me back after 4 to 5 hours. l don't understand why she needed 5 hours just to check if any glasses has been deposited by staff. But still there is no response from their side till today, it means Tuesday morning. The staff behaved very rudely when we went there and now also they are not cooperating with missing glasses. l already rated them 1 because of rude behavior but now this non cooperating behavior is giving me doubts should l raise this concern on social media?

Very disappointing experience. The staff at the booking counter and the Rosado management were extremely unprofessional and rude. They were not willing to listen or communicate respectfully, and their behavior was far from what you would expect from a hospitality business. The team seriously needs proper customer service and communication training. I did not enjoy the experience at all, and I would not like to visit this place again. Definitely not recommended based on the way customers are treated.

The food was okay-ish, and we've got hair in our food, uh, one to two times, and we reported it also, but they didn't do anything. They were like, "Okay." And they were charging too much of taxes over beverages. Red Bull and Coke.
