I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rustic for my parents Anniversary celebrations , and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every aspect of the evening was flawlessly executed, making it a standout among the dining options in the area. Food: The dishes served were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Each bite reflected attention to detail and high-quality ingredients. The portion sizes were just right—generous without being overwhelming. Service: The staff at Rustic were warm, attentive, and highly professional. Service was prompt, and the team made sure we felt well taken care of throughout the meal. Special mention about Mr Harish who has shown highest degree of Hospitality. Ambience: True to its name, Rustic offers a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that’s perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. The decor, lighting, and overall vibe added to the enjoyment of the meal. Cleanliness: The restaurant was spotless, with every corner well-maintained and hygienic—a definite plus in today’s dining standards. Value for Money: Given the excellent food, service, and ambience, Rustic offers great value for money. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. Overall Experience: A five-star experience in every way. I would highly recommend Rustic to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

For a budget friendly outing, this cafe can be taken into consideration. Small and cozy, nice music and quick service at affordable rates. Do try their appetizers, they are the best cooked among the whole menu. Fried potato, chilly paneer and dahi kebab were three really nice dishes. Pizzas very average. Cold coffee is good.

Had heard a lot about Hari mirch chicken but was disappointed, it had no flavour or spice. Rather it seemed like roasted chicken in spinach gravy. Service was good, presentation was good. Paneer and starter was good.

Staff and ambience are nice..but the food just doesn't live up to the standards of all the other cafes and restaurants run by them... lots and lots of scope for improvement tatate wise

Service charge is being added in the bill without intimating customers which should be asked 1st from the customer before adding.That needs to be changed. Rest food was okay

As per there standard food quantity and quality was adequate. So I also paid them as per my standard. Never going again and never recommend to anyone.
