Our dining experience at Restaurant Shamiana in Hotel Taj Amer, Jaipur, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with the warm hospitality that Jaipur is so famous for. The ambiance, with its blend of traditional Rajasthani charm and modern elegance, made us feel instantly at home. A special shoutout to Manager Ankit and the amazing team—Pallavi, Sujal, Dawa, and Manda. Their hospitality truly reflected the spirit of Rajasthan. Pallavi’s recommendations were spot on, guiding us through a menu rich with local flavors. Sujal and Dawa ensured our meal was served with impeccable timing, and Manda’s friendly demeanor added a wonderful personal touch. The food was an absolute delight, with each dish capturing the essence of Rajasthani cuisine. From the rich, aromatic curries to the perfectly spiced laal maas, every bite was a celebration of the region’s culinary heritage. The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were authentic and unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Ankit and his team for making our dinner a memorable one.
