Amazing Place to have Pan Asian in Jtown especially the Ramen Bowl was too good for Jaipur standards. Food preparations takes all of time Maybe cuz they make fresh especially the dimsums…

The food was average and did not particularly stand out. Service during the visit was slow and inattentive, which affected the overall experience. Both hot and cold items were served lukewarm, and the mocktails seemed overly diluted. After the visit, we noticed that we appeared in the background of promotional content used by the restaurant in collaboration with a food vlogger, without our consent. Despite multiple requests, this content has not been taken down. This may be a concern for visitors who value privacy or prefer a quiet family dining experience. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of service standards and customer care.

Very disappointing experience at Silk Route, Jaipur. Had to ask twice for water, ramen was just instant noodles with vegetables, and biryani arrived after 45 minutes with stale onions. Poor service and terrible food. Definitely not going again.

Food was not that good. Ramen was ok but could be better. Food proportions were are also less. Biryani wasn't good. Even dahi kebab were bad in taste. Only thing good was honey chilli lotus stem. Even Desserts were bad.
