Absolutely loved my time at Soul ! The atmosphere was buzzing and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They have a fantastic selection of beers on tap, and Loaded nachos and Chicken Tikka Pizza was top-notch pub grub. Definitely my new go-to spot for a relaxed evening with friends. Highly recommend! Also Vijay Ji helped us through as we arrived without any reservation.

Very disappointing experience — for the second time — at Soul, and the problem is clearly the manager. Earlier, the manager himself denied us seating on a Sunday night despite the place being half empty. We overlooked it because we’ve been regular customers for years. Today, again under the manager’s handling, staff refused to accept payment through District — a method we have used here multiple times — even though it was still active on the app. Only after calling the manager were we told it was “closed for Holi,” with no prior update or clarity. The attitude displayed was dismissive, arrogant, and highly unprofessional. This is no longer about seating or payment modes — it is about repeated mismanagement and unacceptable behaviour. The pattern is clear. Senior management must take strict action against the manager immediately. Such conduct toward loyal, paying customers is unacceptable and damages the place’s reputation.

The entire place was empty. I had heard many good things about it, but the manager refused to give us a place and spoke very rudely. His behavior was extremely disappointing. I will.suggest dont go there
