Having dinner inside a restored steam engine carriage at Rambagh Palace is unlike anything else in Jaipur. The setting itself is an experience. I tried their wood-fired pizza with fresh mozzarella, the mezze platter with creamy hummus and pita, and ended with a classic tiramisu that was spot on. The service is as refined as the food, with staff making you feel like royalty. This place is perfect for a quiet evening or celebrating something special. The heritage vibe adds an extra charm that stays with you long after the meal.

Had one of the best dining experiences in Jaipur. Went there for a friend’s birthday celebration and spent a lovely evening. The staff was extremely co-operative and nice, they made sure we have a great time. Special thanks to Hoshiyar Ji, Gupta Ji and Priya, we loved your hospitality. Looking forward to celebrate more occasions at Steam.

A perfect place to celebrate the special occasion. Peacful ambience with sounds of peacocks. The food is also great we ordered pizza and mexican platter both were so tasty

Definitely not worth the price they're charging. all the items we ordered on their menu we're mediocre in taste. can tell way better pizza, pan asian places in jaipur to eat at, that too at half the price they're charging lol

I pre-booked the place for 14 of us friends to throw my birthday party and had the worst experience ever. They took almost an hour to deliver the first food item and minimum 30mins for subsequent items. Once the place was all empty, they said now the kitchen is free and we can serve you better. They totally spoiled my day! And didn’t care to add any discounts as well. We had to go have dinner at some other place after spending 2 hours here. So embarrassed!

Very poor experience at the Steam restaurant at Taj Rambagh. Waited for 60 mins before the people in charge realized that our order has not been placed. Finally got our order 90 mins after we had placed it. This despite requesting them to prioritise our order since our baby was unwell. Didn't expect this poor hospitality from Taj. ITC, easy opportunity here to shine brighter

Bad food. Had to leave. Charged almost double the MRP for even water bottle. Made us wait so long saying full to capacity booking, 10 people including us for next 1 hour.

It’s always a task to get hold of someone over call in order to make a table reservation. They either don’t answer or never offer a call back.
