I ordered a chicken sub and wrap combo and the wrap was missing from my order, this has not been my usual experience with zomato or subway so I am slightly disappointed.

They JUST purely don’t know how to behave their fellow customers, THEY JUST MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR HOURS, and THE SPEES OF DOING THEIR WORK IS TOO SLOW… We waited for 30 mins.. this not the actual way by which u can grow ur business… (Shyamnagar’s outlet) they don’t even know the meaning of. ‘Iceberg lettuce’ as well as u can chk the camera time it’s around 9.30 an I just there with my kids

pathetic service and food . i ordered paneer tikka multigrain wrap what they provided was subway with some veggies with normal bread with no sauces of my choice and some bad smelling black colored sauce. the mobile no is switched off although i got the refund but my dinner was spoiled and nobody is responding to it. also the packaging material was in dirt and smelling badly .

Do not ever order from this outlet of subway! it's the worst. they are frauds who will charge you money and not give you the stuff that you asked. They will put the sauces which they themselves have and not give a single f*ck about what you have ordered. Their numbers are always unreachable, they don't take calls from anyone. Worst experience ever.

i ordered a 12 inch sub, they sent me a 6 and it was Dry af, no number to call on, Zomato doesn’t give a f about the portion or quality or the quantity of what you order, so no point in talking to their support executives because they’ll keep apologising like bots, they are trained to just apologise for everything and never take any action.

A friend had ordered two subs and a salad, and potato fries. It was the worst ever food served… absolutely fridge-cold to touch, and visibly a day old! Just taken out of the refrigerator and served!! And to top it off, their number was not even contactable! Unbelievably horrible experience. This place should be closed for unhealthy food!

No instructions followed. Clearly mentioned that apart from the listed 3 sauces, others have to be added. Sauces were not spread evenly. Completely Disappointed.
