Staff at the store was not well trained except the manager all the staff were looking like local street vendors they were also talking in the same way. We are paying in subway for veggies, i mean 170 for a such normal product, but there also they don't add the veggies properly.

I have clearly not chosen tomatoes and still it was used in the salad i ordered on zomato. Also the chicken quantity is too less for the price i paid. I would appeal for a refund.

Subway food quality is really good and maintained no doubt in that but subway crystal court staff is not well trained and manager doesnt take any responsibility to even listen . It was the worst subway experience I had with the staff , while we were asking them to make sub our way , the person who was making the sub said “ I am putting more than what you have paid off whereas he was taking small quantity of veggies n sauces , like the responsibility to save all those veggies was his ! He was pretending that we had asked him to do more than his job whereas he was rude and clearly they don’t care about the customer experience where we customers are paying money to them! I would request them to train the staff at this particular branch. If you want to enjoy your subway making experience n eating n enjoying your food experience then this is certainly not the place , there are more subways in jaipur you can visit for a friendly experience !!!

The Raw Pressary coconut water sent through online order was expired. They deliberately torn off the package labelling (specially the use by and batch no portion). Luckily Mfg date was intact and on careful review through RAW PRESSARY website it was found the shelf life of the product was 7months only, thus it was expired in January 2024. Awful experience. Fraudulent practice.

Ordered 2 footlongs through zomato. Got just one half of a footlong.When tried to contact the restaurant they told "don't you know what you ordered".We have sent the complete order. Please open and check the box". Completely horrible experience. No responsibility whatsoever
