Ambience is Beautiful undoubtedly, but the food is extremely salty. Washroom was really not clean.

I had read about the pathetic service at this place, but experienced it myself today. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff, they don't take the order properly and then blame it on the customers. And you can't do anything about it, but pay. I think they're riding on the huge popularity of the place, but let's see how far this attitude can take them. Disappointed. Never going again!

No online payment accepted where there is any type of discount. Reason quoted was technical error (where it was none). Service was extremely slow. Had to wait a lot between starters and main order. No proper order taker. Had to ask someone to keep attending us again and again.
