bahut accha khaana tha. bahut accha staff tha. staff ki service bahut acchi thi. smile karke wo log serve karte hain aur wahaan ka environment bhi bahut accha lag raha hai. personally hum first time aaye the. uske baad se hum chaar baar aur aa chuke hain aur hamaare favorite place ban chuka hai. jab bhi hum party karte hain, jab bhi humein kuch khaana peena hota hai to hum Take It Easy aate hain. I love it. Thank you.

I’ve been visiting this rooftop quite regularly, almost once every 15 days, and it has become one of my favourite places to unwind. The ambience is beautiful, the rooftop vibe is really nice, and the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly and the overall experience is always pleasant.

🚫 Plenty of tables, zero courtesy - think twice before visiting ! The staff's behaviour was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite there being plenty of unoccupied 6 seater tables, the male staff member on rooftop asked us to move from 6 seater to a 2 seater table (almost already occupied) What made the experience even worse was that the male staff member on rooftop spoke to us saying "phir mujhe apko yahan se uthana pdega".This kind of language and threatening attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. The only reason we stayed there was that we had already paid pre booking and planned our visit accordingly. Otherwise, after experiencing such disrespectful behaviour, we would have preferred to leave immediately. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy, respect, and decent treatment.

Very disappointing and disrespectful experience at Take It Easy. The food was already finished, but instead of allowing us to sit peacefully for a few minutes, the staff repeatedly tried to force us to leave. We were made to feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. There is a big difference between managing tables and disrespectfully asking customers to leave again and again. Once a customer has finished their meal, basic courtesy and hospitality should still be maintained. Unfortunately, the behaviour of the staff completely ruined our experience. Good food cannot compensate for such poor customer service and disrespectful treatment. I would definitely not recommend this place if you value basic courtesy and respectful hospitality

Absolutely disappointing experience. Even with an advance booking, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes and then denied a table. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The crowd was equally unpleasant, making the overall experience even worse. Poor management, poor service, and definitely not worth visiting.

Staff behaviour is pathetic and very rude and unprofessional . This restaurant is only getting ground because of the discount they offer on dine out which flat 50 % , otherwise it’s all pathetic and filthy . Specially the quality of staff is very poor and unprofessional

Highly disappointed with the service here. The manager, Navratan Singh Rathore, was extremely rude and unprofessional in his demeanor. He communicated the restaurant's policies in an abrupt and condescending manner, significantly impacting our dining experience.

Food was okay but drinks were really badand i hate the ambience too loud music
