I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for many years. It was once a paradise for barbecue lovers, and even some of the gravies were quite impressive. Yes, it has always been on the expensive side, but the quality and taste used to justify the price. Unfortunately, over the past few years, the charm has faded. The food no longer lives up to the high standards it once set. As someone who truly enjoys non-vegetarian dishes, I now find myself ordering Mughlai Paneer every time—simply because nothing else seems worth trying anymore. It’s disappointing to see a place with such a great legacy fall so far behind. I really hope they bring back the quality and flavors they were once known for.

The restaurant seemed very popular but it's not entirely a dining focused setup, hence you might find it convenient to take away. Anyway, the food was decent but there's a scope for improvement. The Fish Amritsari Tikka was great but the Chicken Tikka could have been juicier. The Junglee Paratha and the Stuffed Tandoori Aloo were interesting items.

Worst Experience Ever – Never Order from Tott on Zomato I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Tott through Zomato. I had ordered Haldi Ghati Chicken (along with Tandoori Chicken) using a Zomato discount. To my shock, the Haldi Ghati Chicken was completely stale and unhygienic. It had bubbles on the surface and a very bad, unbearable smell – clear signs that the food was spoiled and unsafe for consumption. It was not just unpleasant, but also a serious health hazard. What’s worse, this is exactly what many restaurants seem to be doing during discounts – sending old, leftover or low-quality food instead of fresh items. Sadly, Tott also followed the same practice. The Tandoori Chicken was fresh, which proves that they are selectively sending bad food for certain items, probably just to dispose of old stock. This is highly unethical and irresponsible. I even raised the issue with Zomato support, sharing photos and videos as proof. Instead of giving a proper resolution, they just closed the complaint on their own, which was extremely unfair and frustrating. 👉 My advice: • Never order from Tott, especially during discounts on Zomato. • Don’t risk your health for a few rupees of savings. • Zomato must take strict action against such restaurants. This incident has not only ruined my trust in Tott but has also made me cautious about ordering from Zomato in the future.

Staff is pathetic including serving staff and counter sitting staff ppl - they think themselves owners of tott when their owners aren’t at restaurant. Spoiling image and experience of customers Think thrice before coming here until you are ready for ill mannered hospitality
