Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. To start with, the service was extremely poor — the staff was inattentive and seemed annoyed by simple questions. When we tried ordering, most of the items listed on the menu were “not available.” After being told “no” to multiple choices, we asked politely if they could just tell us what is available. The response we got was shocking — they said we’re only asking for items that aren’t available, as if it was somehow our fault for choosing from their own menu. When the food finally arrived, it was bland, oily, and tasted like it had been reheated rather than freshly prepared. Certainly not worth the wait or the price. To make matters worse, the washrooms were filthy and clearly not maintained. Basic hygiene and cleanliness were missing, which is unacceptable in any restaurant. Additionally, we had booked our meal through Zomato Gold, but the cashier refused to provide a bill initially. Instead, he asked us to tell him the discount percentage shown in the app and only then offered to generate a bill. He also insisted we pay via their personal Paytm QR code rather than through the app or a standard billing system. This felt completely unprofessional and possibly dishonest. Overall, it was a complete letdown. I will not be returning and do not recommend it to others.

am extremely disappointed with the service at T-Connect café. Due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, a client was publicly humiliated in front of others, which was extremely degrading. Additionally, the staff's insulting remarks toward me made me feel deeply guilty and uncomfortable, leaving a lasting sense of unease. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I expect a swift and serious resolution to this matter."
