They have a seating of approx. 200 people. Staff are courteous and friendly 🤗🫶 Must try kachos 😇🤌 Highly recommended to Everyone 🌸

The staff is very polite and well-behaved. Their elaichi chai and fafda are my favorites. Additionally, they have live music. I love hanging out here; it has a nice, cozy vibe.💖💖💖

last day I visited in your cafe the tea was awesome and the girl Sandhya she is so polite and good in his service she made a authentic tea. I had a great time in tea post 🥰🥰

I ordered chai and masala lemonade in beverages which were really good and for food we ordered paneer wrap and pasta. The quantity was really less but the taste was okay. White sauce pasta can be improved.

My overall experience was not at all good. The masala tea was tasteless and the staff members were also not cooperative. The food taste was not up to the mark also too much disturbance in the cafe.

My recent visit was, unfortunately, a steaming cup of disappointment. I arrived excited to indulge in a relaxing afternoon tea, but what followed was an experience that left a bitter taste in my mouth. Service Shenanigans: MIA Service: From the moment I walked in, attentiveness was absent. It took an age to be acknowledged, even though the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to waiting patrons. The Ordering Odyssey: Placing an order felt like an epic quest. Menus were slow to arrive, and once I flagged someone down, it took several attempts to explain my simple order. Food Fiasco: Tepid Tea: The centerpiece of any tea experience, the tea itself, was a lukewarm letdown. It lacked the promised aroma and flavor, suggesting it had been sitting for far too long. Stale Scones: The scones, a quintessential tea time treat, were a dry and crumbly disaster. They were clearly past their prime, and the accompanying accompaniments like jams or clotted cream were scarce. Overall: I left tea post feeling frustrated and cheated. The inattentive service and subpar food were a far cry from what I expected. Unless they make significant improvements, I would strongly advise skipping this tea shop and finding a place that prioritizes both quality and customer care.

food is bad and over priced. they have no courtesy to serve water. they have taken an online menu where you have to make the payment first and wait for the food to come. Nobody will come by their own to ask you anything.

Pathetic service and arrogance in every staff along with managers. They do not let you have regular water in normal sized glasses. Illegally forging to buy water which is against the laws laid for restaurants and hotels

I ordered online from this restaurant and they delivered Stale/expired food. Selling 10 rs patties in rs 70 which is also expired. When i complaint about this over phone they rudely disconnected the call

Pathetic cafe. Worst masala tea i ever had. Utterly poor staff service. Bun maska was a disaster which is supposed to be the easiest dish
