The food was extremely good. We loved every item we ordered from the à la carte menu. The service was exceptionally smooth and wonderful, especially thanks to Mr. Manoj, whose attentive and warm service made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

Great dining experience at The Eatery. buffet spread was really good that included all cuisines including Rajasthani Dal Baati Choorma. The desserts, live golgappe counter,etc. everything was worth it . Honest review from a food lover.

Very disappointing behaviour by Mr Karan billing executive as he was in hurry to go home early or send us home early. our experience at Four Points by Sheraton was extremely disappointing. Our bill was nearly ₹4,200, and the billing experience left us frustrated. The billing executive, Karan, seemed to be in such a hurry that we were not given adequate time to properly calculate and verify the applicable discount. He insisted that the 2+1 offer was equivalent to a 20% discount, which is simply incorrect. These are two different offers, and the matter should have been explained professionally instead of being dismissed. What was even more disappointing was his unpleasant and unprofessional tone. Such behavior is not what one expects from a service-oriented, world-renowned hospitality brand. Additionally, we were asked to make the payment at the billing counter rather than at our table, which felt inconsistent with the premium dining experience that Four Points by Sheraton is known for. To make matters worse, the service throughout our visit was extraordinarily slow. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations in terms of hospitality, service standards, and customer handling. I sincerely hope the management looks into these concerns and takes appropriate corrective action to ensure future guests have a much better experience.

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience We visited The Eatery on Father's Day to celebrate a special occasion with our family. I had a confirmed reservation for 8:30 PM and was looking forward to spending quality time with my loved ones. Unfortunately, the restaurant completely ruined our evening. Despite having a reservation, we were not treated with basic courtesy or respect. The staff was rude, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Instead of focusing on customer service, they repeatedly pressured us to opt for the buffet priced at ₹1,770 per person. It felt as though we were being judged based on what we intended to order rather than being treated as guests. What upset me the most was the way my family and I were treated. The behavior of the staff made us feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, and humiliated on what was supposed to be a special Father's Day celebration. Poor experience food was way over priced had booked at 50 percent discount but found my booking cancelled on app where as it was present in hotel so got only 20 percent discount against booking of 50plus 10 percent
