I booked a table for two and despite a table being available the staff madee and my friend sit outside for half an hour. After that when we paid the bill through UPI,we showed them the transaction and then were asked to show it again twice.To top it all off the waiters literally have no manners, they almost threw the menu at our table (when we got it after waiting for 30 minutes) and we had to move our food and plates inside(at the table we got) by ourselves plus we would spend our entire afternoon outside if I had not gone inside checked for an empty table. I have been to Magnolia thrice before,never experienced such behaviour before...This was one of my favourite restaurants in jaipur, but not anymore.Never going to this place again.

It has an amazing entrance and ambience but THATS IT! food was sub par, the mocktails were HORRIBLE. The food had human hair in it. only things good was the cheesecake and the nachos. service persons were least interested and seemed unhappy or frustrated

At first it was asked to us that for what occasion we are booking the table, so we selected the birthday option because it was my birthday then we went there to the cafe there were no seats reserved for us and not anything special for the birthday i asked the staff there, that you don't reserve the seats prior so he replied very arrogantly, that if there's no crowd what's the need to reserve okay agreed, but it's just that it feels a bit special if we are booking the seats prior and getting the benefits then after that we saw they reserved the seats for someone else so what's the point ?!

We have been to this cafe before also but this time we booked seats for 7 people, no issue for seating but the behaviour of the manager of this cafe is very bad.Because when I was talking to him he replied to me very rudely so please improve the behaviour of your manager not for any person but for the cafe growth. and I am also saying the food was too good.. and the waiter name Jack who served us very politely and he was a good person ..

burrito bowl is less then expected. they just mixed it like khichdi. pizza was good. thau green curry was also good.

5 of us went for a meal and ordered multiple items including one pasta alla vodka which smelled and tasted bad and funky. so we returned it immediately. At the billing the pasta which was not eaten by anyone was included in our total. when we informed the manager he said that he thought the pasta was fine and so it didn't matter what we thought of it and would not remove from bill. this is horrible attitude and not expected from a place like this. don't go there if u want decency and proper service.

Very good staff, outstanding service, environment and everything around. Amazing experience Staff Shankar, mintu are outstanding in their response and service with smiles.
