Theobroma is very famous when it comes to dessert especially their brownies ...immatchable just amazing...mouthwatering desserts...they have recently opened their franchise in jaipur and in a year i am sure this place will be flooded with people just like in delhi ...in delhi it is is east patel nagar and it is very renowned and loved by many people..give it a try

the bakery is fine but didn't stand up to its name. ambience is very pleasing and tastefully done but quality of brownies was not that great,as they claim. the staff is not very courteous,nor the items in display were very fresh.

Theobroma C-Scheme boasts beautifully done interiors that create an inviting atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to visit. The excellent location is definitely a plus, making it easily accessible for both locals and tourists. On two separate visits, the unavailability of croissants and sandwiches was a major letdown. The available items also appeared less than fresh, and the displayed items seemed dry, which is disappointing. The staff's explanation that the items were prepared in the morning and deteriorated by evening is concerning. Freshness and quality should be maintained throughout the day, especially in a well-known establishment. The millionaire brownie, while gooey, was overly sweet, which might not be to everyone's taste. It could benefit from a better balance of flavors. The paneer puff experience was a sheer disappointment. The fact that it broke into layers suggests issues with the pastry's preparation or handling.

wish could rate 0 I recently visited Theobroma in Jaipur and was left disappointed with the service. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and impolite. have never seen a more rude staff at a cafe / restaurant in recent times. When I requested a staff member to serve my drink order (one by two), he responded rudely, asking me to do it myself. When I politely corrected him, his colleague, Ali, intervened in a defensive manner, raising his voice. both the guys screamed at the top of their voice since I was the only guest present at that time The situation escalated, and when I called him out for being unprofessional, he was all smiles and said that it was ok and it was "not a problem." This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing establishment. Theobroma Jaipur needs to work on training their staff to provide better service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Ordered a birthday cake (see photo), putrid taste ( tasted like it was a month old), robotic HR team, poor accountability ( was told , someone will collect the cake for checks but no one came and when I called to ask, was informed that my case was closed as I didn't want a replacement and was afraid of scamsters, so didn't share my bank details) and poor management. Hope you eat a good cake from somewhere else with my cake payment).

Got red velvet pastry & chocolate truffle pastry but extremely disappointed. They were dry and hard, stale. Not at all appetizing. Theobroma should close this jaipur branch as majority of the items are stale.

pathetic service..staff is very rude and dont have manner of how to talk with customers.. very bad taste i tried 2 pastry not up to mark at all, total waste of money

Very bad staff behaviour, they didn’t change the food which was stale, the taste was way more then worst that you could think off!
