Usually i never post negative reviews but, the services and staff at this restaurant made me do it. First of all i went with my family there to celebrate our anniversary, with total of 15, where the lady waiter in restaurant, claimed herself to be manager and owner of the restaurant, made is to adjust onto a 12 seating table instead of 15, saying we should adjust , she denied us other seating as the restaurant was full, we have to sit into 2 groups of 10 and 5 at different tables far from each other, she deliberately made us wait for 1 one hour as the table went empty in between, as we try to ask her to make an adjustment, she denied in an inappropriate way with a very rude behaviour as she didn't want to serve us , she started making faces , calling us fat as we could not adjust on table of 12, made inappropriate gestures were not tolerate to any customer, when we ask her to call the manager, she says i am the manager, i am the owner , talk to me or just go, , we didn't want to make a scene as were with our family , then we were served food very slowly, service was very slow, I don't if the slow service was intentional from her , food was not tasty at all order , food was bland , no salt and spice in paneer, only 1 starter was good , to some up it was worst experience at family restaurant just one waitress made our day special day feel worst , disappointed with staff and food , restaurant should take care of customers, hire some good managers and staff , i have been to this restaurant before but anything like that has never happened before. Just 1 person has ruin our experience, i would never recommend tipsy central to any one ever from now on. Do not visit here food used to be good previously, but now its bad

A staff member claiming to be the manager/owner behaved extremely rudely, refused proper seating for our group of 15, and made us wait unnecessarily even when tables were available. Her attitude and gestures were completely unacceptable. Service was very slow, and the food quality has gone downhill—most dishes were bland, with only one starter being decent. I’ve visited before and never faced such issues, but this time one staff member ruined the entire experience. I would not recommend Tipsy Central anymore.

Pathetic Sevice! Planned an outing with family and was served cold breads with the curries. Nobody was serving the food, they just put it on your table. On reporting the issue, Highly unprofessional behaviour and attitude, DO NOT PLAN OUTING HERE! Big Mistake!
