Town coffee is the best in everything. It serves the best food with perfect services. A lot of time i try different cafes and end up saying should have gone to town coffee instead of this cafe.

i visited town cafe c-scheem today,i tried quinoa salad , avacado toast both are good , specially I like the gocumole and salasa they serve. But how ever service is ok ,need to more focused on it ..it's feel flat dinning experience.

The waiter and cafe staff and did everything was amazing. Pull apart garlic bread was outstanding. The problem was the vallet. When we first gave him the car he was a little weird but we didn’t think much of it later. Later when we were leaving and we sat in the car it was smelling of alcohol . He was really loud, not walking straight and the car smelled really bad when we sat in it. Suffocated us the moment we sat in. Disappointed.

Overpriced and less quantity. Took a vietnamese cold brew takeaway and the glass had too much icecubes and very less coffee in it. Totally scam sort of tactics. They can be more generous. Won’t be visiting again

Great food but terrible service. Had to wait really long, first to order then for food and then for the bill. Very careless service and amit kumar was very rude.

We visited to celebrate my brother-in-law’s birthday, and while the food was good, the overall experience was let down by very poor service. We ordered mocktails along with our starters, but one Mint Mojito was served only after we had already finished our food. Despite reminding the staff 5–6 times about the pending drink, our requests were repeatedly ignored. What disappointed us even more was the behavior of one of the staff members, Mr. Surinder. He came to take our final order, and we politely requested a couple of minutes as our family was discussing what to order. When he returned a few minutes later, we again asked for two more minutes. Instead of responding courteously, he said in an extremely rude tone, “I have already given you 2 minutes before.” This was unnecessary and quite disrespectful, especially when we were there to celebrate a special occasion. Such service is simply not expected from a premium café. Good food alone cannot make up for indifferent service and rude behavior. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff to be more attentive and courteous towards customers.

I am a regular guest in town scheme. Thursday 27-5 when I went there was waiting in the outside section and my table was supposed to be given after three tables.I waited for half an hour and when it was my turn the Server Dipankar gave the table to other guests citing they had waited longer than I did. After I explained to him that it was my turn rightfully he didn’t agree and I decided to leave.So when the team doesn’t value all customers equally after being fair in our conduct why should we head to such a place. Town Vaishali Nagar is a better choice!

We are regulars at Town Coffee, C Scheme, and the Mexican Bowl is a permanent part of our order every single time. However, today’s experience was very disappointing and below their usual standards. The paneer in the Mexican Bowl was completely raw and wasn't even grilled. When we requested the waiter to have it grilled, he simply microwaved the same plate and brought it back. When we shared our feedback, the staff seemed indifferent, just casually saying they would inform the chef. Definitely not the experience we expect from Town Coffee."
