I have been to Townsend multiple times and everytime the best part is the ambiance. the outdoor searing is very cozy with great open sky. It's complimented by the amazing live music performance and it truly made our evening memorable.

I recently visited this restaurant and honestly, the experience was not good. The pizza was not tasty at all. The butter naan seemed old and undercooked. It didn’t feel fresh — it felt like it was cold and then reheated before serving. Even the onion slices were not fresh. Overall, the food quality was very average and disappointing. I hope they improve their freshness and taste in the future.

Don’t know what the hype is about. We saw the reviews and paid 3000 rs. cover charge for Valentine’s Day dinner. The food was absolutely horrendous. Had ordered hot and sour soup which was horrible and gnocchi which was even worse. We couldn’t utilise the cover charge we had paid because we didn’t want to eat more. Also, even though there was a table outside they made is sit inside. Had very high expectations
