I have visited Up & Up at least 20 times. The food is super tasty, the music is good, the staff is great, and everything is very hygienic. Overall, it’s a superb restaurant—must visit😘😘

The food was good. The service of Mr.Karan was Excellent. The place is very nice.Voice of the Singer in the live band is Excellent.Overall It's a good place to dine.

Staff was giving more importance to their regular customer and not attending new customers over all experience was good but this type of behaviour is not good.

I recently visited Up & Up Rooftop Restaurant with my friends and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor. The staff seemed completely uninterested in attending to the customers who were already seated. We had to wait a long time and even then the service was careless. The food quality was also very bad. There was almost no taste in the dishes and it felt like no attention was given to quality or preparation. Another major issue was overcrowding. The restaurant had allowed far more people than its actual seating capacity, which made the whole environment uncomfortable and chaotic. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I hope the management improves their service, food quality, and crowd management in the future. ⭐ Rating: 1/5

Worst experience ever. when we reached at this place there was a long waiting time and staff was so in cooperative. then they burnt crackers after India won which almost caught fire everyone present at the moment was scared...there was a very small roof where all crackers were burnt IT WAS A TOTAL BLUNDER AND LIFE THREATENING INCIDENT. DO NOT VISIT HERE. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED

Up n Up spooled our evening. as it was our anniversary and we chose this as a good place but because of some do party it didn't go thru good.. Will never ever come to the place again.
