Food was awesome being a five star restaurant it was A+.But the most noticeable was Mihitoshs' service....he was alone serving group of 9 people with smile on his face and his hospitality is really praiseworthy.All kitty girls called him by name and he accepted every order with hi cute little smile. Thank you for making my event wonderful .. special credit goes to Manager Anjani who is actually behind all arrangements. Garima Saini

The ambiance and overall atmosphere were really nice, and the staff was courteous, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations as the taste was not good.

I went with my friends for a birthday celebration , nobody there helped us with food menu , we ourselves asked for it several times . Followed by nobody came to us to take our food and beverage order . After requesting to everyone server came to us took our order and delivered us wrong food when we raise this to the manager , manager too never happen to took any corrective measure regarding our food order . All cold items were served . Everytime a new server appears . They made us wait even for the bill as well . Every worker of the restaurant was standing still in the restaurant as if they are playing ice and water . Pathetic was the experience.

Very disappointing dining experience at Zing, Hyatt Place Jaipur. I expected much better quality from a reputed hotel like Hyatt, but the dinner was completely tasteless and lacked flavor. The food felt poorly prepared and did not meet the standards one would expect. The service was decent, but unfortunately the food quality overshadowed everything else. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and improves the taste and overall dining experience.
