I was lucky to chance upon this little eatery, tucked into a "not so easy to spot entrance" leading to a basement. Quite close to the fort. I was hungry as I didnt have had a proper breakfast, and it wad well past lunchtime. So I gorged upon a 6 inch veg extravaganza pizza, two slices of garlic bread and a 6 inch multigrain veggie delight sandwich. Each items was excellent in taste. The ingredients too seemed top notch. In fact the taste beats the likes of pizza hut. I am from Delhi and like to have pizza off and on, mostly from Pizza hut, so I can say the above with confidence. While conversing with the owner Ashish, he told me thay he is from IHM Kolkata and also has been a store manager at McDonalfs in Delhi earlier. His credentials and his experience shows. I was not all expecting this quality of pizza in Jaisalmer, of all the places. In fact I had another meal at his outlet just before I left Jaisalmer, two days later. Impressed second time, was I. I will strongly recommend you to have a meal there. You will surely come as impressed as I am. And if you are with kids, this place is simply not to be missed in Jaisalmer.

Trust me on our entire trip from Mumbai to jaisalmer the best food we had was at Fredy foods. After a days stay in jaisalmer and having food at different restaurant we were craving for something really good. We had already tried panini sandwiches and pizzas etc from good restaurants but were looking for some more options. One of my friends from Mumbai recommended us Fredy foods and we reached there for breakfast the second day and it was little cozy cafe. We ordered fresh pan pizzas , Multigrain sub sandwiches etc. The taste was beyond expectations. We never expected we can get such subs here in jaisalmer. The pizzas were very freshly baked with generous cheese and toppings. The chocolava was the best I ever had . Kudos to Ashish who manage the cafe . He has got a good experience of working with international giants . Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thanks to entire team for such wonderful food and service.

"Absolutely fantastic experience at Fredy Foods! The pizza was a delightful treat – the crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Each bite was a burst of cheesy goodness! The white sauce pasta was equally impressive – creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. It had just the right balance of seasoning, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Whether you’re craving a hearty pizza or a comforting plate of pasta, Fredy Foods delivers on both fronts. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jaisalmer for a delicious and satisfying meal!"
