I had a wonderful experience at Barbeque Nation. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, especially Prem Ji, who served us throughout the meal with great care and professionalism. Initially, we didn’t enjoy the taste of the chicken and fish. However, the manager and the chef personally came to our table, listened to our feedback, and took our suggestions seriously. They prepared a fresh batch specially for us, and it turned out to be excellent. We really appreciated their effort to ensure we had a great dining experience. The customer service was outstanding, and their willingness to go the extra mile made our visit memorable. Highly recommended!

For Mr.sonu, his service was good and satisfactory, however the overall experience was not so much good as i felt lack of coordination between the serving staff and staff allotting the table. Not so good hospitality. I recommend to hold the guest as per the capacity of venue and capability of staff.
