Extremely disappointing experience — misleading pricing in the name of District I visited this restaurant on Sunday, 30 August 2026, after seeing a 50% discount being offered through District. I checked the menu prices on District beforehand and felt that, with the discount, it would be a reasonably priced dining experience. Unfortunately, the experience at the restaurant was completely different. When we arrived, the steward’s first question was whether we had a booking on District. This was already unusual, as I have never experienced a restaurant treating a platform booking this way. We were then told that they did not have a physical menu and that we had to order through a QR-code menu. What was shocking was the difference between the prices displayed on District and the prices on the restaurant’s QR menu. Based on the screenshots I have attached, several prices appeared to be 30–40% higher than the District-listed prices. This makes the advertised 50% discount extremely misleading because the discount is being applied to inflated prices. We still decided to sit down and order. * Tandoori Chicken – ₹965: Honestly, ₹965 for a tandoori chicken is an extremely high price. Even many premium hotel restaurants do not charge this much. The waiter also informed us that it would take 40–50 minutes to arrive. When it finally came, some portions of the chicken were noticeably red. The taste wasn’t terrible, but at this price, I expected considerably better quality. * Mutton Biryani: The quantity of mutton was disappointingly small. * Dum Ka Murgh: The dish was very average in taste and nowhere close to what I expected considering the prices. I also specifically questioned the steward about the difference between the District menu prices and the restaurant’s QR-menu prices. Instead of properly explaining the discrepancy, he simply said that “prices have increased” and that I could check other hotels as well. That response was particularly disappointing. Price increases are one thing, but displaying one price on a platform to attract customers with a large discount and then presenting substantially higher prices at the restaurant is a completely different matter. I am attaching screenshots of the District menu/prices and my final bill so people can judge the situation themselves. For me, this was not simply about expensive food. It was the feeling that the customer was being misled by the advertised discount. The food, quantity, service and overall experience did not justify what we paid. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. I would strongly recommend checking the actual restaurant menu and comparing it with the District prices before assuming that the advertised discount represents a genuine saving.

Service was not good and orders were not accurate. 1. Ordered Only Corn Pizza without any chilly flakes for kids and received veg pizza with full of chilly flakes. 2. Order 5 Mix and 1 Salted Fresh Lime Soda and received 1 Mix and 5 Salted. All soda's received without fizz 3. Ordered Champ and received after 40 Mins 4. Ordered Coldrink Cans and Received after 15-20 mins after reminding 4 times 5. Bad taste of Champ. Other food was fine. Need to work on Noodles Portion Size.

today i am order kadai chicken but they packaging was so bad and the quantity was so less. I don't like your service . It's not worth it. Totally Waste money .
