Extremely disappointed with the service at this outlet. I have been waiting for my order for over 10 minutes, and the staff seems completely indifferent to the customers' time. Instead of preparing orders, they are busy fooling around and chatting among themselves. Professionalism is seriously lacking here. They need to understand that a customer’s time is valuable. Definitely not the experience I expected from Popeyes
